In Memory Of Our Silent Keys
In the early days of Amateur Radio, the primary mode of communication was Morse Code sent with a telegraph key. The tradition continues today to refer to deceased operators as Silent Keys.
At the beginning of each monthly business meeting, we have a moment of silence to remember the club’s Silent Keys.
